“There is no use trying,” said Alice, “One can’t believe impossible things.”
“I dare say you’ve had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

Founder Michael Kunitzky plans for the venue to host rotating art exhibits, pot lucks, classes, movies, craft-making, and any other kind of happening that participants can dream up. “It’s literally a blank canvas,” he says of the empty...

“when you wake up in the morning, pooh,” said piglet at last, “what’s the first thing you say to yourself?”
“what’s for breakfast?” said pooh. “what do you say, piglet?”
“i say, i wonder what’s going to happen exciting today?” said piglet.
pooh nodded thoughtfully.
“it’s the same thing,” he said.

A woman asked me the other day, Werner Herzog, why do you never wear a watch? I replied, because the time is now. What about later, when it is not now, she asked. Now, now, now, I said. After thinking about this for some time, she told me that when she went home that evening, she would throw all of her watches into the sea.

as a little girl..
i used to daydream about only having as many belongings as would fit in a wheelbarrow. that way if/when i ever ran away, i could bring along everything i ever loved - which, at that time, mainly consisted of lambert the cutest of all cute little dogs.
sometimes i still daydream about that. except now of course, the wheelbarrow has been replaced with my car.
and lambert is dead.
